Your home has been constructed with quality materials and the labor of experienced craftsmen. Prior to our using any material, it must meet our specifications for quality and durability. All work is done under our supervision to attain the best possible results.
A home is one of the last "hand built products" left in the world. Although quality materials and workmanship have been used in your home, this does not mean that it will be totally free from care and maintenance. A home, like an automobile, requires care and attention from the first day until you again move to another home. General homeowner maintenance is essential to a quality home for a lifetime.
By caring for your new home attentively, you ensure your enjoyment of it for years. The attention provided by each homeowner contributes significantly to the overall desirability of the community.
The Burgoon Berger Quality Home Care Program is designed to educate you on the process of homeowner maintenance and to help you take the best possible care of your new home for many years to come.
As part of our commitment to service your home throughout the warranty period, we will conduct the following post-settlement visits:
The 30-Day Walk-Thru
Approximately 1 month after settlement, you will receive a letter from your CRM inviting you to schedule a 30-day walk-thru. The goal of this visit is to ensure that all your warranty needs are appropriately addressed and that any initial walk-thru items have been completed.
The 11-Month Quality Home Care Inspection
Eleven months after settlement, we will contact you to set up your Quality Home Care Inspection. Your CRM will inspect several key areas of your home to ensure its lasting quality and he will further acquaint you with the different maintenance requirements to help keep your home properly cared for and protected.
Please keep in mind that homeowner maintenance responsibilities are extremely important for you to understand and adhere to in order to prevent any warranties from being voided and keep your home in good working order.
