The Cabella model brings outdoor living inside!

A new Burgoon Berger Construction Corp. model plays up Florida living to full advantage at Heritage Isle in Viera.

The Cabella model takes the outdoor living space and places it at the center of the home, where many Floridians might argue it belongs. 

The Viera community is the only place to view the new model. Open the front door and instead of walking into a closed foyer. Visitorsfind themselves in a screen covered courtyard featuring a swimming pool. A rock waterfall spills into the water from a privacy wall.

"You don't necessarily have to be on a premier home site because the view is in the center of the house," said Becky Wilson, senior sales consultant for Burgoon Berger.

She sold four of the homes in just the two months the model has been open. 

Of those, three were to buyers who already live in the 55-and-older community. "They fell in love with the house," Wilson said. 

"A lot of thought and planning went into the Cabella, wewanted to give our customers a totally new experience in living." said Keith Berger, president and CEO of the builder. 

Heritage Isle homeowners also enjoy the community’s amenities which include a resort-style swimming pool, a 21000 square-foot clubhouse and 24-hour security.  Lawn service, landscaping and exterior painting and roofing are included in the amenity package. 

"It's very upscale but it's very friendly Wilson said of the community. ”People out here know each other."
